One of the worst experiences of my life. First, Mike the estimator got my name and address wrong on the estimate. He even got the move date wrong by a month. And this was the least of my concerns as it only went downhill from there. Federal law states that the shipper is to pay no more than 110% of a non-binding estimate on delivery and the balance to be deferred to billing. When the weight of my shipment was DOUBLE the estimate I called to ask about this law. This is when I had the pleasure of speaking with GREG. He immediatey accused me of not paying and said "If you want your stuff you rent a f truck and come get it yourself!" He would not let me get a word in, he was downright abusive, and he hung up on both me and my wife several times. He accused me of not showing the estimator everything in my apartment. Finally he did not release my belongings until I wired him $1,000.
I will be taking them to court for not providing a 'reasonable' estimate as required by law. I will also be filing complaints with the department of transportation, Better Business Bureau, and Department of Immigration as I was informed by one laborer that the other didn't have a green card or work Visa. I will be unrelenting in lawfully holding these guys responsible for treating customers the way thay do.
Again, do not use this company.in my opinion they are borderline criminal.
