I scheduled a Blue Crew technician for Friday August 26th from 1 to 5 PM (on Monday August 15th via internet). I had to take the day off of work without pay.
I I recieved a call on Thursday evening, August 24th at 5:10 PM informing me to call the 800 number to reschedule the appointment. I called and I was informed that the appointment was rescheduled for Thursday September 1st. I told the caller that this was not an option as I already have the day off tomorrow without pay and I cannot afford to take another day off without pay. I askjed to speak to a Supervisor and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called back and asked to speak to a Supervisor and was informed that I have been rescheduled for Thursday September 1st. I explained the same thing again and was pou on hold.in about 5 minutes, someone picked up and informed me they were a Supervisor. She was very argumentative and told me I was rescheduled for Thursday September 1st. I again explained that I could not take off another day without pay and that no one would be home Thursday for the sppointment so there was no reason to send anyone. I am very sorry that I trusted the Sears name and attempted to use their service. Never Again!
