PayPal ripped me off. In a dispute where I provided solid proof of delivery of the item, they gave the buyer his money because he said he did not get the item. I have UPS proof with a signature, and their people did not even investigate it.
I appealed and showed more proof, even a copy of the signature, and they cheated me out of my money. I have sent several e-mails with no response! PayPal is bad business.
