I bought 40m trough paypal and they didnt gave the money. I made a complaint 10 hours after, they showed me the money and said they can't give it to me with an open dispute, and asked me to close it. I agreed and closed the dispute, and now they won't answer no matter what i do. Im not the only one that happed to. I got proof & pics..
