Since Santander took over my Auto Loan, it has been a nightmare. They have reported me being late several times. I had my loan three years before them and I was only late 1 time. They even charged another car off on my credit in the amount of 8645 dollars. They stated they were going to correct it, I am still waiting. How do you add cars to my account that I did not financed? They are rude on the phone and now you can't use your debit card to make payments! I have always used my debit card or checking account. On top of that, they called a friend of mine looking for me and I have not been late! I'm so ready to get rid of them. Please let's ban together to fight them.
