I have a repair on my Ford but this company won't cover it! It is a repair that any other company including Ford would have covered if I would have bought my warrranty through them.
No one in this company can get their facts straight. First, they make up reasons they won't cover the cost, then when I tell them that reason is not in their contract anywhere, they make up a new reason (which won't hold up either). Their own lawyer doesn't even know what goes on from one person to the next.
I am told I can get my money back minus the charge of their consultant, then they change their mind and say I wont get a dime back because I have a claim (which they won't cover!).
I have went to the better business bureau, and am informed that the day I submitted my claim is the same day Platinum withdrew their membership from the BBB.
The Ohio Attorney General even said they are doing this to SEVERAL people.
