I purchased a 2004 Town and Country minivan from Chrysler Moore in Peoria, AZ on February 14. The first time my little lemon died and was towed was in March, at 107 miles.
In the two months to follow, it failed to start 3 more times. Each time it was towed into the shop, where the owner and service manager explained that since they cannot replicate the problem, it simply does not exist.
Their lack of customer service and disregard for quality assurance make it my pleasure to print I GOT MY LEMON AT MOORE in as many places as possible. Think twice before purchasing a Town and Country, and don't think at ALL about going to Moore!
