Ripoff lies, crafty salesperson deceptive auto deale

I purchased a base model 2004 Grand Cherokee from Moore Jeep.

I was surrendering a leased vehicle after 4years. (it was a 5yr contract) The lease was in my dad's name only - In lieu if being assesed the normal termination of lease fee. The deceptive dealer-bought the lease-for $12k and added the amount to my new loan. I was not informed. The crafty salesperson assured me that in 2yrs I could refinance with any credit union. Since my interest was horrendous-I am a single parent trying to survive. I applied for my assured loan at DSFCU. Who promptly declined me beause I am 10k upside down! I have had several mechanical issues—covered under warranty. Since buying the truck, It has been repaired minimum 8 times. And it only has 20k miles?

Moore treats me as an idiot when I contact them-they even lie to me about repairs never completed.

I will never purchase another vehicle at Moore ever again.
