We'd a number of our company insurance with Allstate thru the Longsteins in Oak Park. We never had a state therefore seldom needed to speak with them. Attempted to contact Susan Longstein whenever we had a need to create some change. Work woman got my contact info again and again but no-return phone. Attempted H Longstein with same benefits! After I ultimately required an answer and threatened to maneuver our insurance Leslie named and was furious with me. I really couldnot think how rudely she addressed me. Obviously, we shifted our insurance. Avoid these providers. They do not understand how to handle customers!
