Bad service and no even apologies

I'd a trip from JHB to CPT about the 19th of August 09 (trip range SA375). On arrival in CPT, INCH of my bags wasn't about the conveyer belt. 3 of our 4 bags examined in did appear however the 4th one with all my garments, toiletries and demonstration content was lacking. I did so record the carrier as lacking and told the SAL worker that I've a demonstration that I have to do tomorrow morning that I'll have to be well-presented (how will you do this without clear clothes etc). The reaction in the woman was that I - can telephone them at 05:00 within the am to discover when they discovered my carrier which I am prohibited to buy any products without authorisation from her supervisor. I called the luggage inquiries center at around 08:00 about the 20th to discover when they did discover my carrier which they replied yes and guaranteed me the carrier is likely to be sent to my resort inside an hour (as my demonstration begins at 09:00). Obviously - at around 12:00 the carrier has nevertheless not reached the resort. I'd to complete a demonstration in filthy garments and wasn't ready to wash myself as all my toiletries was within the lost carrier. Carrier reached about 14:00 with no apology or nothing. Not really a sorry.
