Never again may my spouse and that I travel Allegiant Air.

Somebody had told us about that flight that had inexpensive non stop routes out-of XNA (NW Arkansas) to LAS (Vegas) therefore we chose to consider ourselves on the enjoyable holiday. I'd never visited Vegas and was enthusiastic. Sadly had I recognized then what I understand today I'd have flown on the diverse provider even when the routes were more costly.

On Sunday we examined in at XNA 2-hours before our trip (per our verification) with one checked case. While examining our carrier inside were two ladies operating in the table. They described that there is another trip likely to Tunica before our trip plus they “hoped” our carrier didn’t wind up on that trip (they chuckled). To begin with I didn’t which was humorous at-all and minute I had been wishing they understood the things they were doing. Your trip left promptly and down we went. The pilot stated “sit along, relax, and decrease your expectations.” I ought to have recognized right then this holiday wasn’t likely to work-out as prepared.

Your flight arrived at LAS promptly. We visited the luggage claim region to get our carrier and begin the fun…. Not. Your carrier never turned up, in addition to three additional partners who have been on a single trip (and had likewise examined in comparable period as us). On Tuesday morning we eventually got a phone from Allegiant saying they had discovered our carrier. They weren’t likely to deliver the carrier to us in Nevada but might have it awaiting us whenever we delivered to XNA. I had been so annoyed! When they had paid attention to us within the first-place they'd have discovered our carrier on Saturday evening and might have had sufficient time to obtain it to us before our holiday was over.

We still had 2 more times in Nevada without apparel or our toiletries (medications incorporated)! Lastly we determined that people had a need to purchase some fresh outfits.in the end, I didn’t arrived at Nevada to complete washing every evening within the tub

Ultimately Friday arrived and we went household. I understood that Allegiant might allow it to be right by us. I published a notice detailing our scenario and delivered it for their client relations office having a backup towards the VP. It got more than 3-months to listen to something back from their store despite I repeatedly quit communications and delivered emails. The things they offered us was a look for $75! That’s it! Definitely not enough for 2 individuals to substitute apparel and toiletries to get a 4-time holiday. They described they might spend as much as $25 daily as much as $100. I’m convinced that might have needed to be for every ticketed individual because you may hardly purchase a set of trousers for $75. After another number of telephone communications and emails I eventually get somebody with Allegiant to inform me that their plan for “delayed” luggage is per bag…. Not per ticketed client (though they can’t provide me the hyperlink where that's written down).

Ostensibly Allegiant Air is just a cheap flight, traveling inexpensive airplanes, and it is completely without the client relationships region. Never did notice back in the VP both. Southwest Airlines below I come!
