I have bought two vehicles from here and the 2nd NOT BY CHOICE! Both have had problems before even owning them for a year! They told me when my first vehicle wasnt repairable due to it costing too much, they said i HAD to buy another vehicle from them or i HAD to pay for the one that didnt even run. So i got another one and had to have it put in the shop the first week i had it and it was in the shop the first 2 months i had it! I have put about $2,000 of my own money into this vehicle. This last time my car has been dying while driving down the road and i had someone look at it and said it needed to have a extensive check of the wiring, so i called aaf and they told me i would have to pay for someone to look at it if i took it to a Ford dealership and they would defer one payment. What a joke, i told them no and they would have to come get it because it is UNSAFE to drive. They had it for a few hours and told me that they had fixed my car! I really doubt anything was fixed on it. I am stuck with a piece of junk that is unsafe and they dont care. We had told them we wanted to return the car because it kept dying while driving it and the girl on the phone said "so thats the only reason why you want to give it back?" she said it like that wasnt anything important! I have 3 children that have to ride in this vehicle everyday and these people DONT CARE that my family's lives are in danger! Im TIRED and dont know what else to do! Im sick of paying for a vehicle that is unsafe and always something going wrong with it!!
