I ordered an alternator stator for my motorcycle. Shipping took longer than expected. The part was defective so I contacted the company for resolution. No response after contact efforts so I contacted Paypal and my credit card company. Two weeks after my initial request, the company contacted Paypal with instructions. They refused a refund even though I had to purchase another part in the meantime. I found the company difficult to deal with and will not do business with them again.
