Bexar county towing practices ilegal methods to tow vehices, my sister and I have been victims of the malevolent acts. We were parked in our apt complex where we have permits and were still towed and forced to pay fees even while providing information that parking permits were visually displayed on windshields.instead of noticing us of our rights, they threatened my sister four guys to one little woman, that she would not get her car back that day if she kept making claims against them.
