Antoine Lax & Natisa Lax. I Antoine Lax had to park my car in a parking space that wasnt marked NO parking because my car ran out of gas while visiting my sister at her apartment complex. I end up placing my car in someone else parking spot.
They in return called a towing company that wasnt contracted with the apartment complex my sister live in. The manager told my sister, A&E towing AE Recovery and Towing 4540 West Glendale Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85301 (623) 931-7376.
Wasnt suppose to have towed cars on private property. We had to pay 170.00 in cash that night to get my brother car back, so he wouldnt lose his job. We called A&E Towing and ask for our money to be refunded, they said, they had a right to go on private property and tow the car and their not giving any money back.
There were NO clear sign posted advising the public NO parking.
