On 4-18 my handicapped car was towed from the Wekkington apartments in san antonio. I was visiting a frien d and parked in an area where there were no other cars. My car was towed to bexar towing on Randolph blvd. This left me w/o my wheel chair and no way to retrieve my auto. I was forced to call my wife whom called a friend for a ride to Randolph Towing Service.
I was told that M Highes of wellington estates approved the tow. His phone was 616-0292. The only problem is that the office is closed on Sunday. I am sure the towing servicwe is aware that know one is there to approve.
Since this is private property and not a city street, I do not think a handcapped car can be towed.
I was charge$226.26 for towing, fuel surcharge, impound fee, impound fee tax etc...
I blame this on the wellington estates apartments as they are the ones that allow these crooks on the property. I would think there may be an incentive to call bexar towing.
This will not be the end...
