Parts were replaced for check engine light, but was faulty. Mechanic re-checked the vehicle and stated the part is faulty but the service adviser interfered with him replacing the faulty part in April.
The car was taken back, and it was checked by MB of Plano again for four days. This time in August I was told they can not figure out the problem. After filing a review with dealerrater.com on 8/19, their GM contacted me to resolve the issue, but now in retaliation for my review I am threatened by their service advisers that they will not service my car. Check engine light is still on after spending over $3,000.00 in repairs and parts since March to now.
