Terrible service poorly trained mechanics

I took my 2000 Nissan Altima into Star Nissan to check why my engine light was on, because I need to pass emissions with the car. Star Nissan told me that the o2 sensor was defective and needs to be replaced, so I paid for the check-up and ordered the new 02 senor from them. When the part came in on 5/22, I took the car in to get the o2 sensor installed. After two days of driving, the service engine light was on again. So on 5/24 I took the car into the dealer again to tell them of the problem. Richard, the service manager was very rude to me and told me in a harsh voice that we would be charged extra for another check-up and any more parts that needs to be ordered. He told me that within two days, another problem associated with the engine light must have emerged. I think this is highly unlikely and must have been the mechanic's error in the check-up. He insisted that I should pay more. Why should I pay more when there is a very good chance that the original o2 sensor was in fact still good, which Star Nissan replaced and as a result did not fix the problem. The point is, the engine light came back within two days (only about 2 hrs of driving) and Star Nissan should fix the problem I originally paid for without charging me more.
