Findlay motor company in bullhead city az. Performed $2,774.67 of unauthorized and un needed repairs on to my new motor leaving me with a denied claim with the warranty co., also voiding the warranty Service consultant Kim Hanrhan at
Findlay, had my car sit there from 07/19 over a week before I was contacted, then went on vacation leaving my vehicle til 08/03.
Originally the motor was installed at Frontier wheels in fort mohave az. 928-758-1961 in March but the mechanic quit so having a coolant leak at the rear of the heads, I was told by Priscilla at Frontier wheels I could take the car to any shop nationwide for any repairs with the three year warranty that came with the new motor.
The bill at Findlay was paid by me on 08/03, then I'd have to submit for reimbursement. On 08/30 I had a meeting at Frontier wheels with Priscilla and Stan from Auto zone a sales rep. Where motor was purchased.
Documenmts were provided by me & the warranty co. Showing the work done and the denial of the claim. Priscilla advised me to do a chargeback on my credit card on 08/30, not yet posted as of today 09/23
