Made Appointment for Service (Warrenty) work. Arrived agreed upon day, Service Manager told us it would be two weeks more until it was repaired. We still left camper as we drove 2.5 hours one way and drove an additional car so we could get home. RV America is the only service facility in Colorado for Tiffin. Called a week or so later to check - Service Manager stated another 4 weeks till it was worked on (prime time camping season and they are causing us to loose our camping time). Minor Repairs, never looked at it, told us we were a LOW priority on day we retrieved camper.
We are perplexed we were asked to make an appointment you never intended to keep. We are perplexed you would have someone drive from hours away at a cost of $170 gas for 2 roundtrips — and then play games and move the appointment out by WEEKS. We lost faith, if this is how you conduct your business, what kind of work do you do? We retrieved our camper and are taking our business elsewhere.
