I purchased a 2005 trailmanor camper from campers inn on july 3, for $ 16,995.00. I traded in my 1993 coleman pop-up and got a trade-in allowance of $ 2,795.00. So amount financed was $14,200.00. Five days after purchase, while on a camping trip, rain came streaming in through light fixtures, screw holes, and other openings in the ceiling. Brought camper back to campers inn on july 12, when we returned from our camping trip. We were told campers inn that they tried to repair camper by sealing vents and replacing gaskets, but they still could not find where the water was coming in from. We were told that we could find a replacement camper. They had no more trailmanor campers. We found a 2003 fifth wheel camper that we liked that was in our price range. This camper was $ 12,995.00. We were told that we still had to finance the same amount, even though this camper was $ 4,000.00 less. I told them that we would purchase this camper for the $12,995.00 that this camper was listed for. The last time that i spoke to them was on august 7. They told me that they had all of our paperwork and that they would get back to me. Today is now august 14, and we still have no camper, and they have yet to contact us on a deal. I feel that we are really getting screwed. We have already made our first payment on this camper. A camper that we had for only 9 days. We were very understanding and patient for the first few weeks, now we are really just getting quite aggravated with the way they do business. That is definitely not good customer service.
