I just filed a report for this, but got mixed up on the figures from another report I'm filing about Robo Sitr.

What I was charged for shipping on Fast Brite was over $15. It was supposed to be $7.95 and when given an option to order another set/kit, it said the shipping would be free for the second set. NOT! They doubled the shipping charges, too.
I'm trying to cancel (esp since claims here are that it doesn't work) but the order can't be 'found' for 2 days, even though they charge the card immediately.
Note, the final charge isn't provided to you until AFTER the card is already charged!
