What a terrible company, staffed by rude people who don't care. Every aspect of my booking was messed up. The delivery was late and then two vans arrived instead of one. I was then charged three times for the van hire and nearly three weeks later am still waiting for a refund. Not once have I received an apology. Go elsewhere. They might be cheap, but you certainly get what you pay for.
