I gave BSM/Grant Search Assistance all of the shipping information, including my debit card number, that they required, in order to get my free Grant Master CD. All I had to pay for was $2.99 for shipping. They charged me $1.99 that day and $1.00 the next. Seven (7) days later, they charged me $39.95. I found all these charges within 10 days. Although I did authorize the shipping charge, I never authorized the $39.95 charge, nor was it ever mentioned on the website or anywhere else, to my knowledge. I will be going to my bank today to try and get the charges reversed, cancel my old debit card and get a new one.
I have decided to do this prior to contacting the website. I do it this way to cover my behind from future charges this company or others may try to inflict upon me. As much business as I do on the internet, it is a good practice to change card numbers as often as possible.
