Had work done on car at another dealership and happened to be driving by massy yardley when car overheated. I pulled in and helen got me a rental car, the next day she told me I needed $3,100.00 worth of work after inspection. I called the other dealership and they told me to have the car towed back to them, which I did and they fixed what was wrong for $350.00. I returned to massy yardley feeling that they should refund me the $156.00 they charged me for a highly inaccurate inspection and rental fee. After 2 return visits and several unreturned phone calls all I got was the run around from helen to matt to ron and a lot of attitude from matt as well as their refusal to refund any of my money! Highly SHADY to take $156.00 to try to get another $3,100.00 out of me, I will be contacting Chrysler!
