We purchased a PT Cruiser Convertible at this location, with a Chrysler warranty. About 4 weeks into having the car, it would not turn on in different occasions and dates, leaving us stranded or late for work. We have towed the car to the Service department on numerous occasions for over a month. Massey Yardley, has been unable to located the problem and much less fix it and have basically given up.
I am seeking legal action at this time regarding the Lemon Law so that they have to take the car back and provide me with dependable transportation!
