When I called Living Social Customer Service I never expected to be called a "stupid bitch" by one of their resprentatives, Stacy. I simply called for a clarification of the deal requirements, and after about 7 hours later I finally called back only to get an unhelpful answer. I asked for clarifaction again when Stacy was not able to help I asked for her manager, at which point she thought she muted the phone while calling me a terrible name. I was not confrontational, but simply asked to cancel my "deal." I have never been treated so poorly by a customer service representative on the phone. Stacy explained to me that she was calling herself a "stupid bitch."
