Rented a car at Atlanta. When I returned the car, there was no EZ Rentacar representative present at the return site! I parked in the appropriate space, left the keys in the car, and caught my flight. Gas tank was full.
On my credit card statement, they charged me for 2 extra days! There are 2 parking spaces for returned cars at the Atlanta airport. They apparently couldn't find the car for 2 days.
I called the customer service number. No answer. Left message. No return call.
Good luck finding corporate contact information, other than the "customer service" number that they don't answer. After a long search, I found an address and probable CEO name.
A letter to the CEO also was apparently not worthy of a response. This is a company of slime balls. Patronize them at your own risk.
