I have been dealing with this company for 5 years. I had a brain surgery and got behind on my payments. Even after my wife had told them I was in the hospital after a major surgery. They still continued to call her up to 5 times a day.

They have even called my relatives telling them my balance, how much I am behind and that I need to pay them or they will repo the vehicle. While I was in the hospital I finally got to use the computer.

I e-mailed the company, again telling them my situation. I told them I knew I was behind, but I was making every effort to catch up. I started sending them 300.00 every two weeks. Mind you that my payment was 475.00 a month.

I was paying them 600.00 a month. Then my wife and I asked for the payment date to be changed and they denied my request saying we can not change the due date. I am forced to speak with a different person everytime, no one can seem to give me a correct payout amount. I have been given multiple different amounts.

There needs to be some sort of class action against this company. Let them know that we are the individuals who keep there ship a float. You think that they would want to work with you, rather they will just bleed you dry.
