CarPartsAmerica.com charged for part not in stock cancelled order and won't refund money

I ordered a part on 3-5-04 with UPS 2nd day shipping. A week later I call back to find out why I did not recieve my shipment. I was told on 3-10-04 that "the item was shipped yesterday". I assumed they made a mistake in shipping because 2 weeks went by before I called back on 3-25-04. They explained that they could not get a hold of the part, and that my money would be refunded, it should reflect on my account in 2-3 days. I call back 5 days later to find out where my refund is.

They promise that a supervisor will call me back&no call. I call back the next day, they tell me a supervisor is "working on it right now and that he will send me an e-mail to confirm the refund"&no email.

It's been nearly a month now since I ordered this part, and I have no part and no refund, just a series of lies as if it where some scheme to wear me down. I am writing this report on 3-31-04 and I have still not recieved a solution to my problem.
