I called this Company to order a part (Out Door Dist.) They said they had it in stock. I Paid for the Part; just under $100. They told me to wait 3 days, call them back for information when I would receive it. I did what they said. Now, not in stock, I have to wait, call back again. Still no part. I said, " I want a refund, " I told them. Response was they would. Part was ordered Dec' 09; refund requested in Feb still waiting Sept 22. Alabama Atty. General and BBB was notified. Still waiting for refund. My advice to all of you, don't order anything from this Company, if you don't want to be inconvenienced or / and ripped off. P.S. Got fed up, ordered my part and received in 7 days from Order Tree - no headaches, no hassles.
