Quility acceptance financing - A car loan company UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I appreciate this company financing my vehicle, however since I've done business with them it's been nothing, but problems. They sent my information for my vehicle to the wrong address. I had to track them down because the car dealership where I purchased the vehicle never had their address or any information consering the company on the contract. I called the dealership contacted the company and found out the information for the company. First hand there where to problems reported with the car.

I was told the finance company wouldn't finance the car unless those two problems where fixed. I later took the car back to the dealership to get the problems fixed (within the thirty days) and they calmed to have fixed it. I drive off the lot with my husband and I, the car seems to be driving fine. We drive a few more miles and the back tire where the break is totally pops off. I take it back they say the fixed it and I get the same problem tell this day. I report the problem to the finance company and I was told "Ma'am that's not our problem!!!"

My car payment was 14 days late. I asked them to take it out of the account. They said they can only use money gram (do to me giving them a check from the wrong account, the check bounce. My fault!) I said can you put the check though I can assure you the funding is in this account. No send using money gram. So i was going to send the payment using money gram, but I asked a rep to set up monthly payments to my bank to take the money out she said she had done so. However I find out on the day the repossessed my car, that she didn't1

They added the insurance to my contract. I mailed them verification of insurance. They said they never received it! I faxed them a copy of my insurance, they said they never received it!

After they repossessed the car, I spoke with a rep to see how to obtain the car back. The rep said I needed a list of things which included: 3 more references, proof of income and proof of address. I faxed over a list of the things she requested. She said "Ok, I'll verify this information and you can pay though money gram and pick your car up around 9am Monday morning. My husband took of work, I went into work early and called around nine find out none of the information had been verified and that they wanted me to wait tell 11am.

I explained I couldn't do that because we had our work schedules already set based on what we had been told that Friday. I was ask to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor got on the phone, and said " Ms. You listen to me, I wanna help you, but you don't call here disrespectful talking to me and maria the way you just did. I can't help you, you have to wait tell 11am. While talking to her and explaining my situation, telling her we took off work and I was told to come pick the car up after payment at 9, she hangs the phone up in my face.

I called back and ask to speak to a supervisors and I was told there where none available. I continued to call and ask what needed to be done to get my car. There was one rep, out of the 3 reps (Overall) that was kind and willing to help and she works in the insurance department. She requested me to resubmit the papers work I had already submitted that Friday along with a list of 3 more references. I submitted the information as she requested. This went one tell around 12:30. Submitting and resubmitting because when I'd fax over papers "they'd say they didn't receive it. I spoke with the rep she said some of my references didn't pick up, so to call and tell them to expect there call (Which I had already done) however I did as she had asked a second time.

By this time it was already around one. I was told my insurance was cancelled and they needed verification of insurance. I called my insurance company they said (Quality acceptance) they'd allow me to have my insurance company send the information via email.

I said this is crazy, I asked for there business license number and the supervisor said " I can give it to someone else, but not you."

I asked again she told me she can't give out that information.

I spoke with the rep (The very disrespectful rep that didn't set up the payment account) I said everything was done on my part and asked whats taking so long for the process to go though? She had a very bad attitude and said your reps aren't picking up the one and it's illegal for us to call them more then once so have them to give us a call (This is already after the last rep said to call your reference and let them know where calling them again, so pick up) then I was tired and handed the phone to my husband. The rep was very disrespectful with him and said do you know my we took the car? Argued and screamed very loud and hung up in his face, My husband said "You and I both know you can call the reference more then once. She hung up in his face. This is after I had the phone hung up in my face by the SUPERVISOR and the rep.

I called back and ask to speak with anyone other then the rude supervisor and the rude rep, because the polite girl that was helping me had to go back to her department. She said she had to put her clients on hold to help me (because the responsibility was the ladies that didn't help me out in the first place). They didn't help! So I was told the supervisors where all busy.

Finally I speak to a lady that was said to be the top supervisor. She asked why I was late on my payment again (Why did it matter, if you already took the car?) I still explained the situation for clarity, she went thought all my references the three list of references she had. She said she sent someone to my house to collect a payment and they said I didn't live there, she asked why? She said she was going to add a tracking devise, she said she couldn't get my car because it was already to late, but I could make the payment, and If I made the payment she'll have the car sent to their location (Which stated it'll be at there lot when I made the payment) because she needs that money to pay for the tow fees. She said if I don't make the payment then she can't have the release papers ready, and that the tow truck company might not be able to deliver the car the same day I make the payment. I said I'll wait tell tomorrow, because I don't want to make the payment and not be able to get the car.

I call the next day asked if everything and verified to make the payment, I get transferred to the rude rep. I ask to speak with someone else (Do to our history) and she says. "All the supervisors are ion a meeting did you want to wait or call back. I said I'd like to call back. She said OK, thanks and hung the phone up in my face.

I called twice and it went to voice-mail!

I am not a difficult or rude person, and still tried to remain clam after being disrespected on sevral occasions by this company.
