I purchased an American Tourister suitcase in November. Have taken it on two trips. When I reached Albuquerque on the second trip, the zippers on the outside pocket were both snapped. I am amazed that I did not lose the book that was inside this pocket. Who's to blame, the airline industry for treating the bag so badly? Or the luggage company that gives you a ten year warranty with the bag but I'm unable to find a web site to get reimbursed for the bag.
