Our boy 12 yrs old, preserved for nearly annually for this go-cart. When it came it have 3 faulty components. It went for around one-hour. I named and was guaranteed all 3 components within 5 business days. 14 days later I eventually got anyone to reply the telephone and was informed there is no report of the components being requested. I re-ordered and about the 32nd time 2 components arrived. Nevertheless wont work! And today the muffler dropped down! Item is crap and customer support is worse. Please never do any enterprise with this particular organization.
