We purchased a Groupon for Detail Master. We had an appointment scheduled and even got a confirmation.
When they no showed, I called and found out they went out of business. As a small business owner, I cannot understand how you could not even email people to say you have closed and your appointment is cancelled.
Seems like they may have known they were going out if business and did the Groupon to get as much money as possible before closing.
