Yesterday 16 november 9.37pm i was placing an order online directed it through to the ilam christchurch based in new zealand. When it was time to put in my credit card details i did, push accept then for some reason it was telling me to re enter credit card number again i did this for the second time double check the numbers then sent and waited nothing happen i didn't see processing payment or any thing. So i then called into ilam domino's and placed an order. Once i had did that i went online to check my online banking to see that $24.70 was deducted twice!!! I thought this was strange i couldn't see which bussness had did so. So this is when i called in 2 domino's on ilam again and told the guy on the phone the situation. During this time i asked to cancel my order as i needed to sort this matter out. He was very understanding and told me to call the next day if domino's had over charged but at this time he couldn't see my process come through. Next day i had checked my online banking and had seen 24.70 was from domino's and had charged me twice. Keeping in mind that i didn't get any pizzas out of this at all!!! So i called my bank to doulble check and told them the situation i got my refference numbers also. Because there were to different tranaction she was unable to cancel and re credit me as it was westpac policy that i contact domino's give them there fax number and they will re credit faster instead of me waiting 7days. Yes 7days which is BS since it took less than 5minutes to process payment and deduct what a load of BS. And yet they telling me i need to wait 7days. So I called in today 9.30am 17 november and i spoke to the manager I was really angery and this is what BS she told me. Wait 7days and i will get my boss to contact me. This is my money i had been double charged and i demand it back. So tell me how this is fair? It isn't. Obviously placing orders online is dodgy and when you think payment hasn't been gone through it has. Something needs to be done about this. I asked if i could speek to the service manager and for him to make contact with me in the next hour nearly 2hours later and nothing. Something needs to be done and i will be taking this furture how dare they make me wait for my money!!! So in future becareful when placing orders online.
