XRimz is garbage when it comes to Customer Service no matter if you have excellent, good, or bad credit it doesn't matter because Customer Service is king. I know they are charging people money and securing loans for them and collecting the Interest while the Customer sits in Dismay not know whats going on. Also they charge double the cost of rims than anywhere else so where's the service in that. When you call their main line they tell you that it may take 14 business days for tires and rims to ship and 20 business days for electronics to ship but the facts are that not once were they late but twice and then excuses excuses. My actual rim order shipped 30 days after the contract was signed and my electronics have yet to be shipped and it has been over 30 business days and counting.
Very bad company to deal with.
