WheelFire... Bad shipping policy and no customer concern or service

Crappy service! I ordered my rims and tire package for my new 2013 Ford Fusion and it seemed they had what I wanted at a fair price. When I placed my order i asked if they had three day shipping like their competition and they told me they did not offer that service. I was disappointed as i just bought the new car and wanted to drive it as soon as i could all done with the new rims. I ordered them anyways because they had the rims i wanted and thr Tire Rack did not. Three days after my order a WheelFire employee named Juy called me to inform me they did not have the rims I wanted but had something similar. So I re-ordered the new ones. So now I lost three days plus the ten business days (actually turned out to be eleven!). On top of that I asked them to ship them to the dealer where I bought the car to install them and he said no. Not their policy. I pressed him and told him the last time I bought a set of rims it was from the Tire Rack and they did it. They actually had a field on their website for shipping address to the "installer" Juy, the WheelFire employee said " go ahead and order from them then"
I regret not taking his advice. 19 days later I'm still waiting to drive my new Fusion with custom rims and tires.
