Gools, LLC d/b/a Superlifts and Superlifts.com took my money for an automobile lift in April. After placing the order I was given every excuse in the book for delay in delivery. I was given three dfferent delivery dates. After being lied to for 4 months they stopped all communication. Now I am hearing tey are out of business. I never received my lift or a refund. I am out $4250.00!!!
I have been doing research and have found several people victimized the same way. Apparently, the company continued to take orders and money even after it could not or would not continue to deliver lifts. It appears tome that all the excuses for delays wer actually lies to by time to help get away with my money and the money of many others!!! I, and any other victims have reported this scam to the FBI, Attorney General's office, Christian County, Missouri Sheriff's Department and Nixa, Missouri Police Department. I believe that the salesman, Dustin Rose, and the so-called owner and/or general manager, Keith Goolsby, knew exactly what was going on and likely pocketedthe money. If so, I am going to follow through with ever available recourse and hope to see them in jail one day!!!
Additional victims can be found through google or on the Corvette Forum. I encourage all their victims to fight for justice and not simply let it go. Go to www.IC3.com to complete online form for the FBI. Call your local police and your state's Attorney General immediately. Also, contact the Christian County, Missouri Sheriff's Department.
