This e-mail would be to record that my boy was overlooked throughout the journey he created on June 28 from NYC, US to Madrid, the trip AA94.
The title of my boy is FELIU OTERO / NAHUEL LUIS.
I paid $ 100.00 to get a caregiver at JFK Airport in NY.
Upon achieving the town of Madrid, he requested choice to visit the toilet.
On the road towards the bathroom he wander off and needed to wait till he was discovered by his grandmother who had been waiting in the airport Barajas.
Our 14 years, doesn't understands that town, and it is not proficient in Spanish, this is actually the cause that I spend the accompanist, however, you didn't match the responsibility he was titled, in the danger that anything might occur to my boy.
I'd like an instantaneous reaction to this issue before I publish this event to all internet sites at my removal.
I also wish you AA to take responsibility for this neglect.
