I have been looking for a car for now 2 months and started looking at the chevy malibu's at rockenbach cheverolet online. I called on a car that was online to see if they have it. I spoke with Neal that day asked about the stock number of car and gave the price of it, he told me he had it and he will have it for me to come look at after work. Well it was the day of the storm and power was out in lake county so traffic was a little busy so i called again told Neal where i was at and made sure the car was there, i get there about 8pm and they search it online and tells me it sold today.
Therefore, i didnt believe them, then i call on another malibu its msrp on line was 29,675 and its rock price was 17,897. I asked for them to look at the miles because i was interested about the car. Jeremy calls me back and tells me it was typo that car is not that price. I was pissed.
Other than these 2 cars, there were 2 more cars they have jacked me around on, even tho the internet says they have them but really they dont. They lie and use what is called BAIT AND SWITCH. These people just pull you in to get you in. I have spoke with other dealers and they tell me im not the first to walk away from them.
Dont buy from rockenbach. They are liars and use bait and switch!!
