We requested a payment history from Wells Fargo Auto because we could not understand why we were being told that we went from a 72 month agreement to 76 month agreement. When we received the payment history it did not even start from the purchase date 05/07/05 it started from 11/13 and of course no one at Wells Fargo seems to know why. We noticed that we had several miscellaneous charges as well as some kind of insurance which totaled $1615.45 for a 3 month period. We kept calling to find out about the charges and we were told that they will no longer speak with us and that we would have to speak to a supervisor. He have been harassed and belittled by Wells Fargo for years and now we find that our payments have been going towards other charges. We have also found that we are being charged interest on top of interest rather that the principal balance.
