Ooked a trip online for just two and improved my solution from nice offers to flexi saver. Named their 1800 number asking about their termination coverage and was informed that I'm going to be cost $100 for every solution and certainly will return my charge card back. It got per month and more than 30 telephone calls before i eventually speak with a boss and was informed that per their analysis I had been educated subsequently that my seats were non-refundable and that I went forward to stop it anyways before my planned brain. Who within their right brain could be ready to manage to get rid of $2,230 for rescheduling their trip. I am a hardworking mother with four children and every penny invested issues. I really could have proceeded with my trip had i recognized that I'll shed all of this income. I actually donot remember being advise of my privileges and guidelines regarding termination or that my seats were nonrefundable. I want justice and need assist in solving this issue as rapidly as you can coz it's creating us an excessive amount of tension and pain. Dreaming about a fast quality of the issue.
