I returned a car at approximately 6:00 am, on July 1, due to a 7:00am flight out of Shreveport. It’s understandable that no one was at the counter that early in the morning. I drop the keys and a note with the odometer reading in the drop box located on the counter. As of July 5th I have not receive an email with my receipt. I called phone number (318) 621-8500 at 8:00am, July 5 and left a message asking for a receipt. I called again at 9:00am the person who answered told me that her manager needs to review all receipts before they go out and he haven’t got to them yet. She assured me that I will get a receipt in a few hours. It’s after 3:00pm and I still haven’t received an email from Thrifty. How long does it take to send a receipt??? This is a very poor way to do business!
