WFS financial has charged us numerous late and unexplainable charges, even though it clearly states on our statement: "payment recieved, thank you" then directly under that; "late charge". They harass you by calling your home, even if you ask them to stop. We have requested, in writing, an explanation of these bogus charges 3 times, and have yet to recieve anything by mail. We have sent a certified letter to them, and they ignored it.
They are the BIGGEST rip-off company I have ever encountered. We have proof, and reciepts of all our payments to them, although nothing is ever applied to the principle. A rep. Named Justin called our home one day, my 9 year old daughter answered the phone and when she asked him to leave a message, I was upstairs busy with the baby, he asked her if she was home all alone! This scared her very much. He then called back a # of 5 times, in 15 minutes, leaving rude messages and treatening us on our answering machine. I reported this to the FTC. What can we do to stop the rude treatment and bogus charges from this company???
