Two issues; 1-1/2 years ago purchase a battery; in a week, it was dead; the battery cables were bad - how did they miss that? Three days ago, my car was dead, had it jump started, after a short ride it would not start; rejumped it, longer ride to Sears; waited 3 hours; was told battery was fine; started right up and that I should drive the car more. Today, CAR IS DEAD AGAIN! I even asked if there was a test to see if something else was going on - was told no. Found out there is some kind of "draw" test to see if something is running after car is shut off. I am disabled and on a limited income; can't keep paying the tow truck for jumping my car. But more importantly, I can't believe you would have employees of that caliber and IQ. I'm now stuck again when if that had done that test when I asked, they might have found the problem and I wouldn't have to miss my doctor's appointments because I have to wait for my next check!
I want to take the car to a reputable dealer and if it is the battery, I want sears to pay for the cost of the visit to the new dealer and the new battery.
