I recently paid 4186.10 toward the balance on my credit card (instead of 4191.74) on time - what I thought was the balance in full. I always pay in full although I had missed the previous payment due to a lost bill and was to be partially credited for fees. AmEx charged me $40.15 in interest - no sympathy for a long time customer. Ripped off I was!
