Nationwide Auto Part Distributor TOOK MY MONEY!

I called this company to help me repair my ECM for my car, they first withdrew $283.80 from my account with the understand that $100 diagnostic fee for reviewing the part which was non refundable, but if they couldn't fix the ECM they would refund the remainder of 183.80,

I received a call from a "partologist" name Josh saying they couldn't fix the part and in order to fix it, it would cost and additional $166, so I granted them permission to deduct the funds, I then recessed another call from Josh stating that when the did fix the part I would need to go to a a dealership to have my key program, which was info they didn't tell me before hand and would cost me a additional $300, so I cancel my order and $349.80 was suppose to be refund back to me after waiting a week seen they only refund me $166, and now they only give me the run around about the additional funds they took but haven given but
