Ave this company towed my vehicle unlawfully

I moved into La Coaster appartment 6days ago. Lastnight i came down stirs to drive to my working place just to discover my car was nolonger where i parked it under my assigned parking space, people down stirs told me the saw a towing van with the discription (AVE) towing my car away. This is outrageous not to be able to park my vehicle in my own appartment complex unless i have a parking permit.
