1. HID Bulb stopped working today after working for just 3 months
2. The pair of bulb were purchased because previous RMA # 20119169054170222 dated 03/17 was never responded to, although they were returned to the vendor with warranty period.
3. Phone does not work.
4. Have raised request again but there is no response yet
